- Built cabins: NZ$12,200 to NZ$40,300 including GST, 6 standard sizes from 4 × 2.55 m to 12 × 4 m, custom sizes quoted free.
- Flatpack cabins: from NZ$6,300 including GST, 7 sizes. Not a kitset — panels require cutting and full assembly.
- Transport: quoted separately unless a listing clearly states otherwise; the business can arrange it.
- Guarantee: 3-year workmanship guarantee on all new builds, plus manufacturers’ warranties on everything else.
- Finance: available through MTF Finance (their own terms, conditions and credit checks).
- On-site builds: available locally, subject to workload, only where the site cannot be reached by Hiab. Otherwise cabins are built complete in the workshop and delivered.
- Construction: fully insulated 75 mm EPS panel walls and roof, double-glazed joinery, Expol R1.8 underfloor, welded galvanised steel box-section chassis with skids and lifting points.
- Uses: sleep-outs, home offices, spare rooms, tiny homes, smoko huts, site offices; also portable decks and portable stairs.
